Kingston has highly productive flats and gently undulating grazing country.
The Finlays run ewes for prime lamb production and 200-250 backgrounding cattle.
They also have about 200ha of wheat, triticale, canola and oats sown down.
The property is divided into 27 paddocks and has an excellent water supply from four bores and 19 dams.
"I find it a very easy place to run," Andrew said.
"We've got cattle yards which were only built approximately 10 years ago and they're a very good set of yards and will handle 200 cattle.
"The sheep yards have got enough handling facility for 1500 sheep and we have incorporated a laneway system so it's very good from a stock handling point of view."
There is a main four-bedroom homestead as well as a second three-bedroom home.
Kingston is located 24km west of Holbrook.
