The property is well located about an hour east of Melbourne and is ideal for use as a lifestyle property or small hobby farm.

Greg and Jane lease the farm land out to a neighbouring farmer and have spent an enormous amount of time renovating the old homestead.

"There was a 110-year-old weatherboard farm house on the property when we bought it and we have done a full renovation on it," Greg said.

"It's now a very comfortable house."
