WEST Australian grain trader and bulk handler CBH Group has released its long-awaited report into the company's future structure.

The three models recommended are: a non-distributing co-operative, maintaining CBH's tax exempt status but providing competitive services and rebates to members; a distributing co-op returning profits to growers as cash and share rebates; and a dual co-op, with one entity holding the storage and handling assets and the other holding all other assets.
