TWO motorcyclists have been flown to The Alfred hospital after a collision south of Mt Hotham this morning.
The accident happened on the Dargo High Plains Rd just before 10am.
Intensive care flight paramedic Steve Grove said a 56-year-old man lost control of his motorbike and crashed on the dirt track.
"The man hit the ground quite hard and fractured his shoulder blade," Mr Grove said.
He said the man was confused and may have also been unconscious.
"A 29-year-old man who was riding with him was unable to stop, and crashed into the first bike," Mr Grove said.
The second man suffered neck injuries after he was thrown off his bike and was knocked unconscious.
Both men were flown to the The Alfred in a stable condition.
