CUBBIE Station is back on the market.

The administrators of Australia's biggest cotton-growing company, the Cubbie Group, have appointed international investment bank Goldman Sachs to encourage interest in Cubbie Station.

Cubbie went into administration 2009 with debts of about $320 million.

The group was an amalgamation of several irrigated rice properties, including Cubbie Station, which cover more than 93,000ha.

The station's water storages are full due to last year's flood and it has a cotton crop in the ground – both factors are  expected to entice potential buyers.
