"We've had this one 17 years and we built the house.
"My kids have loved it.
"We've raised beef calves out the back and they've had a pet cow."

"We've had to relocate our business," she said.
"My husband works in Cohuna now so we've bought over there.
"If it was our choice, we wouldn't be going - it's just for work."
The property is about half an hour northeast of Echuca and about 40 minutes northwest of Shepparton.
It would make a top family home but also has potential as a weekender, given it's close to the Barmah National Park and only 10 minutes from the Murray River.
