YURI Kouzmin,The Weekly Times much loved photographer, has been recognised for capturing the best country football has to offer.
Kouzmin was presented with Best Character Photograph at the Victorian Country Football league awards last week.
After more than ten years in the job, Kouzmin has travelled to every corner of the state, capturing amazing images of country footy and the characters involved at every club.
His award winning shot was taken high above the picturesque ground at Ensay during the Omeo and District league grand final.
