PSYCHIC medium Donna Abrahams, of Inverleigh, and Loren Jeffrey, a spirit medium from Wodonga, reveal their 2012 predictions.

Donna's predictions:

Economy: "I'm seeing green ticks, which means the economy will pick up. Also I've got an image of lines of ships and lots of shipping containers, so exports will increase. Interest rates will flatten out, jobs will pick up, house prices will fall."

Farming: "I'm seeing a massive fire coming through in the last few years, which is the drought. But then I'm seeing an image of a farmer planting a crop one night and it's 12 foot high the next day. The ground is very fertile. There will be bumper crops and new growth. For those farmers who have hung in there, it will pay off this year. This is their chance to get something back."

Country towns: "More people will move to the country. They'll have two lives - live in the country, but work in the city."

Loren Jeffrey's predictions:

Climate and weather: "Australia will continue to have extreme weather patterns - North East Victoria will experience fires in January and flooding in March."

Global: "A disaster will occur in June in America - a possible terrorist attack; the Queen will hand the throne over to William in late 2012; Kate and William will have a son; the US economy will suffer a set back; China will continue to surge and will be seen as the power country in 2014."

Australian economy: "Will be quite stable until mid-year when interest rates and fuel prices will rise along with the Australian dollar, affecting our exports due to the disaster event in June. By the end of 2012 things will stabilise."
