THE popularity of girls football continues to grow with the Ovens and Murray league announcing a new competition in 2012.

The new youth girls league will be launched with a super clinic on Sunday, February 5. 

AFL Victoria, along with the O&M invite all girls aged 5-18 to attend the free clinic at the Wodonga Senior Secondary College Oval.

All girls participating will receive a free football.

Following the clinic, a sausage sizzle will be held and AFL Youth Girl's Academy will play an exhibition match.
