AUSTRALIA'S Edwina Tops-Alexander has moved back into the top 10 ranking of the Rolex FEI World Cup Jumping 2011-12 series.
Riding Cevo Itot du Chateau, Tops-Alexander was runner-up to French hero Kevin Staut in Bordeaux, France.
It was the 11th qualifying round of the series.
The 16-year-old Itot produced one of his rubber ball rounds, tackling the huge fences at a gallop to stop the clock at 34.59 seconds.
Staut's 13-year-old grey mare Silvana jumped clear and raced through the finish in 34.16 seconds to win by less than a second.
Belgium's Rik Hemeryck was third riding Quarco de Kerambars, while Ireland's Denis Lynch finished fourth with his exciting new stallion, Contifex.
Following the next and last qualifying leg at Gothenburg, Sweden, the top 18 riders will make the cut for the Rolex FEI World Cup Jumping final, scheduled for Hertogenbosch in the Netherlands, at the end of April.
