The auction is on February 24 at 11am at the Windsor Hotel in Melbourne.
Held by the McFarland family since 1872, the 2077ha property is 56km northwest of Hay, NSW.
It has some 50km of Lachlan River frontage and a carrying capacity of 11,700 dry sheep equivalents.
Water is supplied from the Murrumbidgee and Lachlan rivers (577ML stock water and 350ML general security).
