A VET, a farrier and a horse dentist were among the stars at the Berwick Show late last month.
Popular vet Adam Johnston won the Ern Barker Leading Rider trophy and the Thoroughbred High Point Award went to farrier Tim Wilson and Bequest, who was raced as Chipper.
The leading horse and rider combination went to horse dentist James Harvey, riding the talented and successful Pantangus Oberon.
Melissa Robertson (Narre Warren) won the Junior Stars of the Future trophy rug with the talented Belmak Humphrey, formerly ridden by Kate Beadell.
Eddy Watt (Upper Pakenham) took out the 1.30m class and Katia Weimann (Upper Beaconsfield) went home with the winner's spoils in the C&D Grade class. Megan Joyce (Harkaway) was delighted with her D Grade win.
NSW visitors Tony and Jack Erickson (Jingellic) made the trip worthwhile, taking honours in the C&D Grade, the D Grade and the open 1.35m class.
