MELBOURNE is set for another bout of thunderstorms this morning as a front moves in from South Australia.
Weather bureau forecaster Dean Stuart said heavy rain could hit the city about 5am today.
Meanwhile areas of the state’s north-east are being drenched, with 30mm of rain already recorded in parts.
Kyabram, near flood-ravaged Nathalia, has seen 32mm of rain as the severe weather continues to move east.
