A FATHER caught doing 50km over the speed limit in a street race with his baby daughter in the back seat has walked free from court.
Wangaratta man Stephen Bailey, 21, was given a three month suspended sentence, ordered to do 100 hours of community service and had his licence suspended for 12 months when he faced the Wangaratta Magistrates' Court yesterday.
