FOUR Corners will air another "expose" on the mistreatment of Australian livestock on Monday night.

The story, Another Bloody Business, is expected to show pictures of sheep culled in Pakistan recently.

It follows the recent controversy over 20,000 Australian sheep culled in Pakistan because Karachi authorities deemed the sheep to be diseased.

The sheep were bound for Bahrain but were intercepted in Karachi where thousands of sheep were reportedly stabbed, clubbed and buried alive.

Tests found the sheep were fit for consumption but, despite the findings, the remaining sheep were culled and the Sindh Livestock Department moved in promising to cull the remaining sheep humanely.

The Four Corners report will show pictures that contradict the declarations of local authorities that the cull was carried out humanely.

A Four Corners report on the mistreatment of Australian cattle in Indonesia last year was the catalyst for the devastating temporary live export ban.
