GRAIN rail wagons that have been lying idle near Ararat for more than three years are finally being brought back into service.
Last week, about 20 grain wagons were hauled into Ararat by Pacific National where some were selected for re-use.
A Pacific National spokeswoman said a small number of wagons were going back into service in NSW on a trial basis.
