UPDATE: A TODDLER who went missing from his home in Mildura, in north west Victoria, last night has been found in bushland this morning.
Police officers found two-and-a-half-year-old Dante Berri in bushland near a gliding club on Whitecliffs Ave about 10am with his German Shepherd.
A police spokeswoman told Weekly Times Now the boy was doing OK considering he'd spent the night in bushland.
The child went missing from his Deakin Ave house about 8.30pm last night.
Mildura police, the dog squad and SES volunteers were involved in the search. The boy's family said he regularly wanders away from home.
"The child can wander for up to 1km away from home and end up at neighbours who subsequently bring the child back. Unfortunately on this occasion the child's still missing," Sgt Gary Matthews told 3AW radio.
