A TRUCK driver has died after his vehicle rolled on the Dukes Hwy near Tailem Bend early this morning.
Major crash investigators will head to the scene, about 200m east of the Meningie turn-off, this morning.
Police said they don't believe there were any other vehicles involved when the truck rolled about 4.30am.
The death was the second on South Australian roads in a 14 hour period after a motorcyclist was killed in a head on collision with a car near Lobethal about 2.30pm yesterday.
The state's road toll now stands at 81 compared with 96 at the same time last year.
Motorists are advised that the Dukes Highway is blocked to traffic in both directions and will remain closed until about 11am.
Traffic diversions are in place taking motorists through Meningie or Tailem Bend.
