AUSTRALIAN Dairy Farmers still lists nine directors even though they were removed three months ago.
That's according to Australian Securities and Investments Commission documents.
These are contrary to the ADF financial report lodged with ASIC three weeks ago.
Weekly Times Now approached ADF chief executive Natalie Collard yesterday morning about the anomalies and she said she understood the forms for changes to directors had been lodged.
ADF changed its constitution in August after years of debate and this resulted in a smaller national board - 14 members down to five.
All these director changes are not listed on the Australian Securities and Investments Commission website.
Weekly Times Now can reveal that ASIC received two notifications of appointments yesterday.
These were the appointments of Anne Astin and Paul Timbs as directors and the removal of Terry Toohey.
Ms Collard told Weekly Times Now today that she phoned the external service provider responsible for ADF governance yesterday after the Weekly Times Now phone call to follow-up on the documents.
She said she understood the required documents for director changes were lodged twice before and it was "very clear where the paper trail is''.
"We have followed through with everything we are supposed to have done on the ADF side,'' she said.
