A TRUCK has crashed on the Hume Highway in southern NSW, killing the driver and passenger.
Police said the B-double was travelling south on the highway at Gunning when it crossed onto the northbound lane, crashed through a guard rail and proceeded down an embankment shortly after midnight yesterday.
The male driver and the male passenger died at the scene.
Police are preparing a brief for the coroner.
