A SEARCH is under way this morning for a fisherman missing at a central NSW dam.
Police began searching for the 54-year-old man at about 7pm last night after he failed to return from a fishing trip at Carcoar Dam.
His capsized dinghy was found shortly after police arrived.
The Sydney man, who was holidaying with his wife, set out alone in the small vessel and didn't have a life-jacket.
The dam's been closed until further notice.
