HUNDREDS of schoolies have been flown out of Fiji as Cyclone Evan bears down on the island nation.
Unleashed Travel said it had 680 schoolies at resorts but organised the return of all of them over the weekend.The group comprised the bulk of the 800 or so schoolies who were reported to be in Fiji over the last week.
Evan has started to cause flooding, road and bridge wash-outs and power cuts in Fiji today.
The cyclone earlier killed at least four people in Samoa.
The Australian government has urged people worried about loved ones in Fiji to contact the Consular Emergency Centre on 1300 555 135.
