A MAN has died after being stabbed in the chest at a house in Mount Isa.
Police arrived at a home on Spence Street just after midnight yesterday and discovered a man with a "serious injury" to his chest.Attempts to resuscitate the man proved unsuccessful and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
A 29-year-old local woman is assisting police with their investigation.
