A THIRD man has been charged over the death of 22-year-old David Cassai during a brawl on Victoria's Mornington Peninsula.
Police say a 21-year-old West Australian man has been charged with affray and two counts of intentionally causing injury.He's been bailed to appear at the Melbourne Magistrates Court on February 20.
Mr Cassai died after being struck when he and his friends were confronted by a group outside a pizza shop at Rye early on Monday morning.
