A BODY has been found after a house fire near Kerang in northern Victoria.
The fire happened at Capels Crossing this afternoon and firefighters searching debris found the body.
Police and fire investigators are examining the scene, while deceased is yet to be formally identified.
The cause of the fire is not known.
