There are pet groomers, pet birthday organisers, pet funerals and now ... pet obituaries.
The Sunday Times in Singapore has launched a section for pet owners to write an obituary for their dearly departed.
"Pet owners whose hearts are aching over the demise of their beloved pets no longer have to grieve alone," publisher Singapore Press Holdings said. Awww.
Reminds Back Paddock of the bloke who wanted a church funeral for his dog. When he asked his local parish priest he told him it wouldn't be appropriate and to try the Anglicans.
The owner said: "OK , but I hope $5000 will be enough to cover the fee". The priest's eyes lit up and he invited him to sit back down: "Why didn't you tell me the dog was Catholic?"
