AUTHORITIES are mopping up 20 tonnes of yoghurt sprawled across the Princes Fwy after a semi-trailer rolled in Moe.
The B-Double was travelling west along the Princes Hwy when it ploughed into a barrier and came to a halt in the east lane at about 11.20pm.
The 43-year-old driver from Moe, who was the sole occupant in the vehicle, suffered minor injuries and was transferred to the Latrobe Regional Hospital in a stable condition.
Victoria Police spokeswoman Belle Nolan said emergency services remained at the scene this morning and had temporarily closed the entire section of road to clear the truck.
It is believed the section of freeway, between High St and Narracan Creek, will be reopened later this morning.
CFA spokesman Nick Talbot said two crew members remained at the scene this morning assisting police with the clean-up.
