KEITH Urban and Celtic Thunder have had to cancel their shows in Brisbane due to the floods affecting southeast Queensland.Urban was forced to postpone his show at Brisbane Entertainment Centre for a second time on Monday, having originally moved it from Sunday evening.
Tour promoter Chugg Entertainment said the show would either be cancelled or rescheduled for next week.
"We're not able to confirm just yet whether tonight's Keith Urban show will be rescheduled or cancelled, but we can advise that should it be rescheduled it will not take place this week," read a statement on Chugg Entertainment's Facebook page.
"More details within 24-hours. Thanks all and please take care out there."
Meanwhile, Irish ensemble Celtic Thunder were due to play Brisbane Entertainment Centre today but say they are now unable to perform in the flood-affected area.
"We are extremely disappointed that Celtic Thunder cannot perform for their Brisbane fans, but these circumstances are unfortunately beyond our control," Leon Spellson from tour promoter Nine Live said.
Ticket holders for both shows are advised to contact the point of sale for refunds.
