HEIFER weaners sold to $685 at Naracoorte yesterday in a strong sale, well-supported by the trade, feedlots and restockers.
After topping last week's steer sale with $690 weaners, Bimbadeen Red Angus principal Bruce Davis and his son Neil from Coonawarra topped the heifer offering with 19 378kg March-April drop Simmental-Red Angus cross heifers that went to T&R Pastoral for $685 or 181c/kg.
