ANOTHER five regions in northern NSW have been declared eligible for natural disaster assistance.
The announcement brings the number of local government areas to 15.

Primary producers and small businesses in Kempsey, Gloucester, Tenterfield, Glen Innes Severn and Port Macquarie-Hastings will now have access to low-interest loans of up to $130,000, and transport subsidies of up to 50 per cent.
The Australian Government Disaster Recovery Payments are now available for Clarence Valley residents with a $1000 cash payment available for adults and $400 for children.
Clarence Valley was the area most impacted by flooding in the state's north.
More than 100 farmers and fishermen have visited the Flood Recovery Centre in Grafton, NSW, since it opened three days ago.
